Delivery to the UK & Ireland — times, tracking, and what we cover.
Delivery area
RX Meds UK ships to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Please enter a full UK/IE address with postcode at checkout.
Delivery time
Typical delivery is 7–14 working days after dispatch (some packs may take up to 14–28 working days depending on origin and customs).
- Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
- If your parcel has not arrived after 21 working days from dispatch, contact us for a refund or replacement.
- Refunds for late delivery are not processed before the 14th working day from the order date.
Address & cancellations
We are not responsible for orders submitted with incorrect shipping details (wrong postcode, incomplete address, etc.). Those orders are not refunded.
Cancellation requests cannot be honoured once the order is completed and the parcel has shipped.
Packaging & carrier handling
Parcels ship in plain, discreet packaging with no pharmacy branding on the outside.
We are not responsible for losses, misdeliveries, or damage caused by improper handling by the courier.
All sales are final and non-returnable, except where a refund or replacement is expressly offered for late delivery or product faults — see Refund Policy.
